Design Engineer

As an Electrical Harness Modeler at Atlantis Lab Pvt. Ltd., your role involves the following responsibilities: - Independently handle Electrical harness modeling related to subsystem and car level - Able to interpret electrical schema and apply it while routing the harness - Perform Wire Bundle calculation and selection of protection, connectors, conduit, etc. - Ensure harness routing adheres to defined rules such as branching, bend radius, and color requirements - Understand Engineering BOM and correlate various assembly indicators based on the operation sequence of components - Have a good understanding and working experience on the Sheetmetal module and sheet metal manufacturing process - Communicate with internal customers regarding technical requirements, actively participate in discussions, and negotiate to finalize technical requirements and acceptance methodologies Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in CATIA V5 for Electrical harness modeling - Familiarity with Electrical harness Routing (EHI) and Electrical Fitting installation - Knowledge of Wire Bundle calculation and selection of components - Understanding of Engineering BOM and assembly indicators - Experience in sheet metal manufacturing processes If you are looking for a challenging role where you can apply your expertise in electrical harness modeling and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, Atlantis Lab Pvt.
