As a Team Leader in our System Operation department based in Pune (Wagholi, Logegaon), you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, motivating team members, and ensuring the consistent achievement of company goals. Your role will involve creating a supportive and efficient work environment to ensure accurate and timely task completion. Your key duties and responsibilities will include overseeing team activities, delegating tasks effectively, setting clear team objectives, tracking progress, fostering a positive team environment, providing support, training, and mentorship to team members, resolving operational challenges promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards, promoting open communication within the team and with leadership, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a team leader or supervisory position, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks, showcase proven problem-solving abilities, maintain a positive attitude, and have the capacity to motivate others. Any specific technical or software knowledge relevant to the role will be beneficial.
