The Team Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, guiding and supporting team members, establishing and achieving sales targets, nurturing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Team Leader will be responsible for monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring effective collaboration within the team.
