Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Gurugram. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage a team of real estate consultants, and ensure that all team members achieve their targets. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, conducting market research, developing strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and market research skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
• Customer relationship management and client service experience
• Ability to work onsite in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate sector is preferred
