Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and report on key metrics (e.g., sales numbers, conversion rates).
• Train new team members and ensure consistent skill development.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Handle escalated customer issues and support the team in complex deals.
• Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools or dashboards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-ones, and team meetings.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to align goals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team lead/supervisory role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights to improve team performance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
