Job Description

As a Team Leader at Khushbu Auto Finance Limited (KAFL), your role will involve supervising and guiding a team at the Rajkot location. You will be responsible for ensuring that all team members are performing efficiently and meeting their targets. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing team operations, setting and tracking performance goals, providing feedback, and facilitating team meetings.
