Team Leader

As a Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets. You will provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to help them reach their full potential. Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and productivity will be crucial in this role. Monitoring team progress and providing feedback to team members will also be part of your daily tasks.
