Team Leader

1. Collections Management

• Monitor and manage the overdue receivables portfolio to achieve monthly and annual collection targets.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies for early-stage and late-stage defaults.
• Ensure follow-ups through calls, emails, field visits, and escalation processes.
• Resolve payment issues and disputes with customers in coordination with the sales and finance teams.

2. Team Leadership

• Supervise, guide, and motivate the team of collection executives/agents.
• Allocate accounts and review daily/weekly performance.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve team efficiency and customer handling.

3. Risk & Compliance

• Ensure collections are handled in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor high-risk accounts and recommend actions such as legal referrals or account closures.
• Maintain accurate and updated documentation for audits and compliance checks.

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports for management review.
• Analyze collection trends and identify potential problem areas.
• Recommend improvements in processes, tools, and strategies.

5. Customer Relationship Management

• Handle escalated customer issues professionally to maintain positive relationships.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements where applicable.
• Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to ensure seamless resolution of issues
