Preferred candidate profile * 3-6 years of business development, sales or partnership experience, ideally within digital marketing, influencer marketing, media or advertising. * Demonstrable track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets. * Good understanding of influencer marketing, creator economy, social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Shorts etc.). * Keen interest in internet culture, memes, trends, viral formats and how they influence brand engagement. * Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative and evolving environment. * Ability to work cross-functionally with creative/strategy teams and translate client needs into campaign concepts. * Existing network within influencer/creator communities or prior experience working with talent management. * Experience with performance- or ROI-based influencer campaigns (metrics like engagement rates, CPM, conversion). * Understanding of content production workflows, meme page operations, viral growth tactics. * Familiarity with the Indian market, regional languages or regional creator ecosystems (useful for Bengaluru / India operations).
