Team Leader

In this role as a Technical Implementation Analyst within the COS group, you will play a pivotal part in collaborating with business partners and clients to ensure smooth product implementation. Your expertise will be vital in driving success in a dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating all aspects of product implementation setups - Collaborating with onshore tech teams and client technology teams for product setup, testing, and production migration - Engaging in discussions with clients to understand their requirements effectively You will be expected to: - Demonstrate ownership and ensure client satisfaction - Manage clear expectations and timelines - Maintain internal communication and provide status updates - Showcase creative problem-solving skills - Adhere to policies and procedures - Escalate and resolve issues promptly - Record observations, identify gaps, recommend solutions - Handle multiple requests simultaneously - Manage conflict and mobilize resources Furthermore, you will assist in product setup as per requirements.
