As a Project Manager at Cytiva, you will play a crucial role in managing project enquiries and Process Engineering design at CE in India, APAC region. Your responsibilities will include leading project management for customized Engineering and standard systems in the Biopharma and Pharma Industry's USP & DSP portfolio. You will be based in Pune as part of the PEPM (Process Engg, Project Management) team. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for the following key tasks: **Key Responsibilities:** - Managing project enquiries, including customer discussions, URS Review & Compliance Prep, Technical Proposal, Costing, P & ID Prep, and supporting pre-sales. - Preparing Mass Balance, list of equipment, costing, and providing Presales support for end-to-end solutions. - Creating DQ1 & DQ2 docs related to Process engineering design, Project management, Cross-functional communication, customer management, and ensuring OTD in terms of project milestones. - Developing qualification protocols and executing SFAT, Mechanical inspection, PreFAT, FAT, SAT, Customer feedback reports, and following all procedures as per the project realization chart. - Conducting Internal Audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and implementing DBS related activities for improvements while training the team with industrial experience. **Qualification Required:** - Masters degree in Biotech or related fields with Biotech projects execution experience exceeding 12 years. - Familiarity with various Biotech USP / DSP equipment sizing and risk assessment approach document preparation. - Proficiency in leading plant setup, utilities calculations, equipment positioning, and optimizing processes for higher yields.
