Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of healthcare professionals responsible for medical billing, claims processing, and customer service.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow management, quality control, and adherence to SLA targets.
Develop strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in healthcare processes and implement changes accordingly.
Analyze performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, SLA compliance, shrinkage rate, etc. to optimize team efficiency.
