Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and guide the field team involved in smart school implementation.
• Ensure timely installation and commissioning of smart classroom equipment and digital infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for material delivery and work progress.
• Liaise with government school authorities, education department officials, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor daily project activities, maintain progress reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality standards are maintained at each school site.
• Identify issues, provide on-site solutions, and escalate major concerns to management.
• Ensure proper documentation, photo records, and compliance with project requirements.
• Train field staff on installation procedures and reporting formats.
• Support project management in preparing progress updates, MIS reports, and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering / Management / Education / IT or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project execution or team handling (preferably in education, IT infrastructure, or government projects).
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple teams and ensure work completion under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
