Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Bathinda. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding staff, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring that team objectives are achieved. This role involves delegating tasks, setting performance goals, monitoring team performance, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating team meetings. The Team Leader will also participate in planning and strategy development.

• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Ability to Motivate and Inspire the team
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
