Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of tele sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  
• Drive performance through effective monitoring, coaching, and motivation.
  
• Plan and execute tele sales campaigns to drive product awareness and lead conversion.
  
• Ensure adherence to sales scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
  
• Track team metrics calls, conversions, and customer interactions — and share regular performance reports with management.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, and Product) to optimize lead management and improve conversion rates.
  
• Identify training needs and conduct regular feedback sessions to enhance team productivity.
  
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline
  
• 4–7 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or call center operations, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
  
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, dialers, and reporting dashboards.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  
• Experience in the BFSI or fintech sector will be an added advantage.
