Team Leader - EdTech

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership

o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).

o Provide guidance, support, and regular feedback to team members to enhance their performance.

o Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

2. Target Allocation and Achievement

o Divide sales targets among team members based on their skills, experience, and market potential.

o Monitor individual and team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

o Take corrective actions and provide additional support to team members who are struggling to meet their targets.

3. Coordination and Collaboration

o Coordinate team activities to ensure smooth workflow and effective collaboration.

o Act as the primary point of contact between the team and senior management.

o Ensure clear communication of goals, expectations, and updates to all team members.

4. Sales and Business Development Support

o Assist team members in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the B2B education sector.

o Help build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and clients.

o Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.

5. Reporting and Analysis

o Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends to senior management.

o Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

6. Training and Development

o Identify training needs within the team and coordinate with the HR or training department to address them.

o Conduct on-the-job training and coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
