Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team in Delhi.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience and a strong background in BPO/Call Centre operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
Strong knowledge of domestic market trends and customer service principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with team management tools and software is an added advantage.
