Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our Domestic Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily activities of the Domestic Sales Operations team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their individual and collective targets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
