About the Role:

As a DGM/AGM, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of business development associates and managers at Pan India level. Your team will guide, consult, and support paid tenants throughout their journey, helping them find the right property while maximizing sales and NPS for NoBroker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own output metrics - Revenue, Cost of Servicing, NPS
  • Manage team of Business development associates, managers and city or cluster heads
  • Cross work with managerial layer of Relationship manager to drive output metrics
  • Problem solve at city * cluster level to achieve closure% and NPS targets
  • Hiring and Training of field team
  • Design Incentive structure for all layers and own culture of the team
  • Problem solve via product features and work with Product team

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. (NIT or MBA from Top B colleges)
  • Proven track record in managing field team
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar domain.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach..
  • Availability to work 6 days a week (including weekends).
