Deputy Medical Superintendent @ Fortis Hospital, Manesar

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Medical Superintendent in overall management of medical, clinical, and ancillary services to ensure smooth hospital operations.
  
• Coordinate closely with consultants, nursing, diagnostic, and support services to deliver high-quality patient care.
  
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, SOPs, and performance parameters across all specialties.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, medico-legal, ethical, and accreditation requirements.
  
• Oversee recruitment, deployment, attendance, and performance accountability of medical and paramedical staff.
  
• Monitor quality of care, infection control, hygiene, waste management, and patient safety standards.
  
• Supervise the functioning of ICUs, OPDs, OTs, special clinics, and diagnostic services.
  
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper maintenance of medical records and patient documentation.
  
• Lead and coordinate hospital committees, audits, patient feedback systems, and continuous medical education initiatives.
  
• Support medical strategy, budgeting, equipment management, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• MBBS / BDS with MHA or MBA (Hospital & Healthcare Management)
  
• Minimum

  5 years of experience
