Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist the Medical Superintendent in overall management of medical, clinical, and ancillary services to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Coordinate closely with consultants, nursing, diagnostic, and support services to deliver high-quality patient care.
Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, SOPs, and performance parameters across all specialties.
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, medico-legal, ethical, and accreditation requirements.
Oversee recruitment, deployment, attendance, and performance accountability of medical and paramedical staff.
Monitor quality of care, infection control, hygiene, waste management, and patient safety standards.
Supervise the functioning of ICUs, OPDs, OTs, special clinics, and diagnostic services.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper maintenance of medical records and patient documentation.
Lead and coordinate hospital committees, audits, patient feedback systems, and continuous medical education initiatives.
Support medical strategy, budgeting, equipment management, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

MBBS / BDS with MHA or MBA (Hospital & Healthcare Management)
Minimum
5 years of experience
in Medical Administration
