Job Description

As a Team Leader at DesignBoxed, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of operations and providing support to drive team coordination. You will conduct daily meetings, follow-ups, provide feedback, and brainstorm to deliver effective results. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for delivering actionable tasks while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards. - Create reports to analyze the GAP and provide insights on overcoming the gap. - Ensure appropriate communication flow between teams and drive process improvement. - Implement best practices and motivate teams to follow suit. - Supervise a team of 10 employees and provide guidance when needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree. - Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Delivery operations lead or in a similar role leading campaign operations. In addition, you should be actively engaged with the entire team to fulfill operational delivery expectations, have an eye for detail to drive campaigns effectively, excel in verbal and written communication in English and Kannada, possess problem-solving skills with quick reflexes to address any issues, and be flexible with working hours.,
