Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader cum Social Media Expert to lead our social media initiatives and manage a dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for driving social media strategies, ensuring efficient query management, enhancing audience engagement, and implementing innovative campaigns to strengthen client presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the social media team to deliver impactful campaigns and timely responses.
2. Oversee the day-to-day management of official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
3. Monitor real-time queries, track trends, and ensure effective query redressal and engagement.
4. Draft and implement strategies for growth hacking, online contests, and crowdsourcing campaigns.
5. Drive traffic growth and engagement through innovative content and campaigns.
6. Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.
7. Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
8. Stay updated with emerging digital trends and implement best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Post-graduate in Journalism/Mass Communication or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University or MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Communication) from a recognized Institute/University
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in social media management and digital communication.
3. Proven experience in leading teams and handling official/large-scale social media platforms.
4. Strong understanding of query tracking, response management, and audience engagement.
5. Experience in traffic management, growth hacking, and social media innovation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Excellent leadership, team management, and client handling skills.
2. Expertise in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Buffer, etc.).
3. Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights.
4. Creative thinking with hands-on experience in content planning, contests, and community engagement.
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
