Team Leader

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Team Leader to supervise, guide, and motivate team members towards achieving departmental and organizational goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining team morale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance; provide constructive feedback and support.
• Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Address escalations and resolve conflicts within the team efficiently.
• Train and onboard new team members; identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions.
• Maintain reports on productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with higher management regarding team performance, issues, and suggestions.
• Foster a positive and accountable team culture focused on growth and results.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
