As a Team Leader, you’ll support store management by supervising staff, maintaining store standards, and ensuring operational efficiency. You’ll play a key role in motivating team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving store performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the daily activities of store associates Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently Monitor stock levels, ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized Assist in training and onboarding new staff members Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards Open and/or close the store as needed Report performance and operational issues to store management Required Skills Minimum 6 Moths of experience in grocery, retail, or a related field Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory procedures
