of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably at least 2 yr of experience in team leading. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and practical exposure to accounting principles,
financial analysis, and taxation, and will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
communication skills.
- Expert Knowledge of IND AS: Apply in-depth understanding of Indian Accounting Standards
(IND AS) to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
- Supervise daily accounting activities including accounts payable, receivable, banking, and general
ledger entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Assist in variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other
applicable laws.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for smooth completion of audits.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team deliverables.
- Implement internal controls to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
