Team Lead Voice Process

Role & responsibilities

lead a team of voice process executives handling outbound calls to doctors and healthcare professionals.
Engage with doctors to explain the specifications, advantages, and unique offerings of Agarwal Eye Hospitals services.
Understand and address queries or objections raised by doctors professionally and convincingly.
Convert interactions into qualified leads or confirmed appointments for further follow-up by the hospital team.
Ensure high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and clarity in communication.
Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure conversion goals are met.
Provide regular training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance performance.
Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and lead status in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies

Preferred candidate profile

Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
Proven ability to engage with medical professionals and build rapport quickly.
Experience in lead generation, telesales, or healthcare communication is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools and call monitoring systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
