Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to HR professionals, and decision-makers of various companies.
  • Pitch recruitment and staffing services to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate effectively.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/recruitment team.
  • Maintain and update the database regularly.
  • Follow up on requirements and proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • No Fixed Targets.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus) and Strong at listening skills.
  • Basic understanding of the recruitment/staffing industry(added advantage)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Computer and Internet..
