Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to HR professionals, and decision-makers of various companies.
Pitch recruitment and staffing services to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and communicate effectively.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/recruitment team.
Maintain and update the database regularly.
Follow up on requirements and proposals.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
No Fixed Targets.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus) and Strong at listening skills.
Basic understanding of the recruitment/staffing industry(added advantage)
Good knowledge of MS Office, Computer and Internet..
