Your Role – What You’ll Do:

Strategic Sales Executive – Recruitment & Staffing

• Leverage your people skills to

  build and manage corporate client relationships

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs
  
• Present Orcapod’s recruitment services as

  tailored business solutions

• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
  
• Own the end-to-end client acquisition cycle and contribute to revenue growth
  

We Want You If You Have:

• 4–6 years of experience

  in the aviation industry (preferably as Cabin Crew / Airhostess)
• A consistently high

  service orientation and client-handling capability

• Minimum

  80% in Mathematics and 85% in English

  (10th & 12th standard)
• Strong

  presentation, persuasion, and communication skills

• A passion for

  career growth and business interaction

• Are currently based in or willing to relocate to

  Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Chennai
