Business Development Executive

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing industry.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue streams.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows; extensive travel required (up to 50%).
• Achieve and exceed set business development and sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize profit and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, preferably within the staffing or HR sector.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willing and able to travel frequently for business meetings and events (up to 50% or as required).
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility for overnight trips as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience working with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Prior experience in both agency and in-house recruitment settings.
