Job Title : Team lead Mortgage Qualification : Any Graduate or Above Relevant Experience : 4 to 10 Years Salary : Up to 10L PA Must Have Skills : US Mortgage - Pre underwriting Post Closing End to end Underwriting 4C'S Good To Have Skills : US mortgage COIs Policy Checking Loss runs Quotes Renewals Roles and Responsibilities : Should have at least 3+years experience as a team lead and overall 5+ years of experience with US mortgage . Supervise and lead a group associates & process leads to meet all SLAs relative to any and all functions in the Mortgage Origination area (Supervision of workflows and work queues) Metrix management. Coordinate activities of the department with the manager to include workflow monitoring, process improvement, training, reporting and special projects Provide recommendations for strategies and process improvements to add value to teams and clients Coordinate with other internal support teams to ensure seamless production by the operations team Provide resolutions to complex escalated queries and complaints from external and internal customers Must lead, coach, motivate and develop associates to deliver high quality reports to the clients to achieve or exceed set operational targets Monitor and evaluate staff performance, attendance, also generate reports as necessary Should be able to Underwrite loans in accordance with guidelines without any additional training by utilizing AUS or Manuel guidelines. Both initial and re-submissions Should have excellent knowledge on the 4 Cs of underwriting.
