Sales Development: - Identify and generate new leads for fire protection services in both the commercial and industrial sectors. - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including facility managers, safety officers, contractors, and engineers. - Meet or exceed sales targets by closing new contracts and expanding business with existing clients. Technical Support & Consultation: - Conduct site surveys and assess client needs for fire protection solutions. - Provide technical guidance and product recommendations based on client requirements, budgets, and industry standards. - Present and demonstrate fire protection solutions, including fire alarm systems, suppression systems, and emergency lighting.Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. - Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and project scope. Sales Skills: - Proven track record in sales, preferably in the B2B or industrial sector. - Strong ability to present and demonstrate technical products in an engaging and persuasive manner. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Perks and benefits - 3+ years of experience in a sales or technical sales role, preferably in the fire protection, safety, or construction industry. - Previous experience conducting site surveys and working with engineering teams is a plus.
