Team Lead – Trading & Client Relations (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Female Team Lead to manage both the Forex Trading Team and the Relationship Manager (RM) Team. The ideal candidate must have strong financial market knowledge, proven team leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive performance while ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead, guide, and monitor the forex trading team and relationship management team.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and ensure team goal achievement.
• Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, risk management, and company policies.

Forex & Market Oversight

• Oversee trade executions, market analysis, and day-to-day trading operations.
• Support traders with strategy alignment and market risk evaluation.
• Review trade reports, client exposure, and market positions.

Client Relationship Management

• Supervise the RM team to ensure high-quality client onboarding, service, and retention.
• Handle escalated client queries and provide premium support when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
• Ensure timely communication of market updates, portfolio performance, and product offerings.

Performance & Reporting

• Track KPIs, team productivity, and performance matrices.
• Present weekly and monthly updates to senior management.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for better efficiency.

Training & Development

• Mentor team members, provide training on products, trading tools, and client-handling skills.
• Develop leadership capabilities within the team for future growth.

Skills & Requirements:

• 7–12 years of experience in Forex, Financial Markets, Trading Desk, or related fields.
• Strong leadership experience managing multi-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of forex trading processes, financial products, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Confident, presentable, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
• Strong analytical mindset and decision-making ability.
• Female candidates only (as per role requirement).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
