We're Hiring!

Position: Team Leader - Customer Service + Renewals

Location:

Lucknow 2 Openings

Delhi 2 Openings (Send profiles directly to Delhi office)

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience as a Team Leader in Outbound Customer Service (Mandatory)

Experience in Renewals/Upselling is a big plus

Must have handled a call flow of 100150 calls/day

Should be hands-on and willing to take calls when required

Max Total Experience: Up to 6.5 years only (Not beyond)

Shift: Day Shift

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)

Salary:

Up to 6.5LPA

Plus 2 Lacs Variables
