Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels
  • Advertise job openings on the companys careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and respond to queries regarding compensation and benefits
  • Collaborate with managers to identify current and future hiring needs
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and assist with onboarding
  • Maintain good knowledge and effective use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Key Requirements:
  • Experience of 7+ years in recruitment
  • Languages to be known: English, Hindi, Tamil
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
