Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates from various online channels

Advertise job openings on the companys careers page, social media, job boards, and internally

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

Send job offer emails and respond to queries regarding compensation and benefits

Collaborate with managers to identify current and future hiring needs

Act as a consultant to new hires and assist with onboarding

Maintain good knowledge and effective use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Key Requirements:

Experience of 7+ years in recruitment

Languages to be known: English, Hindi, Tamil

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

Time management and ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
