Experience in Zoho Creator (Deluge), Zoho Flow (API Tool), Zoho Integration with other 3rd party applications. 5 to 7 Years Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zoho Developer with 5 7 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and integrating applications within the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, and the Zoho One suite . You will play a key role in automating business processes, developing custom applications, and integrating Zoho with third-party platforms. Design, develop, and deploy custom applications on Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting. Customize and extend functionalities across the Zoho suite, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho People, and more. Develop and manage integrations with third-party applications using Zoho REST APIs and webhooks. Build and maintain workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and custom modules. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and integration problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of the developed solutions. Document technical processes, configurations, and solutions. Job description: Minimum 5 years using and developing Zoho Suite. Setting up different Zoho applications, integrating it with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books & People, Work Drive, Zoho SalesIQ & other applications. Experience in Zoho Creator (Deluge), Zoho Flow (API Tool), and Zoho integration with other 3rd party applications. Work on Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho products; experience with integration, REST, and SOAP APIs. Should have worked on Zoho CRM implementation. Candidates with Zoho Certification will be preferred. Understanding of Zoho suite of applications with specific emphasis on CRM, Inventory, Projects, Analytics, Creator, and the Zoho marketing suite (SalesIQ, Social, Campaigns, etc.). Ability to translate business concepts into Zoho system interface and meet client requirements through customizations or back-end coding. Coordinate with the Zoho support team and effectively resolve issues that require attention or come up with alternate solutions. Take note of requirements from a system point of view and highlight any limitations to the project leads immediately. Be reasonably aware of the various integrations possible with Zoho and understand their nature and extent. Develop workarounds within the system so that in the case of system limitations, one can suggest alternate ways. Train the staff to use Zoho applications effectively and monitor their efficiency. Maximize customer management through Zoho CRM and maximize lead generation through other Zoho platforms. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Depth of expertise in Deluge, APIs, and integration projects Zoho certifications (CRM/Creator) Client-facing experience and project management skills Leadership of Zoho implementation teams or cross-functional coordination Experience with end-to-end implementations and third-party integrations
