Job Description

Create custom illustrations, icons, and characters to support eLearning modules and storyboards. 2-3 Years Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

Create custom illustrations, icons, and characters to support eLearning modules and storyboards.
Interpret storyboards and written content to develop accurate and visually engaging assets.
Design visual elements in line with the brand and learning objectives.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers and the media team to align visuals with instructional goals.
Adapt illustrations for various screen sizes and platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet).
Work with 2D and 3D teams to ensure consistency and continuity in the final output.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to eLearning and digital illustration.
Ensure timely delivery of all illustration assets as per project schedules.

Key Requirements :

Bachelor s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2 3 years of experience in illustration, preferably in the eLearning or digital content development industry.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant tools.
Ability to illustrate in multiple styles flat design, vector-based, isometric, and hand-drawn.
Good understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Familiarity with creating illustrations that support animation (layered files, rig-ready characters).
Excellent attention to detail and a strong creative flair.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
