Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels Screen incoming resumes and application formsv Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)v Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard. Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and processing reimbursement claims for travel, rent allowance, laptops, and telephone expenses. Good Knowledge in using ATS. Key Requirements: Experience of 2+ years in recruitment Languages to be known: English, Hindi, Tamil. Strong communication both written and verbal in English. Time management and ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
