Location: Synthite Industries (P) Limited, Ongole, Andhra Pradesh
Department: Production
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operation of all lines.
Monitor process parameters, yield, and production efficiency.
Manage shift planning, manpower deployment, and operator coordination.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Planning & Stores for un interrupted production.
Maintain production records, batch documentation, and material consumption reports.
Drive operational excellence initiatives and identify process improvement areas.
Lead, guide, and mentor shop-floor teams to achieve production targets.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Food Technology, or related fields.
5-8 years experience in production (Spices / Food / FMCG industry preferred).
Strong process knowledge and manpower handling skills.
Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi and English).
Willingness to work in shifts.
