Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The candidate must have
15+ years of experience
in Oracle EBS with strong ownership of Manufacturing modules such as
WIP, BOM, Inventory, Costing, and Quality
.
Expected to lead
end-to-end solution design
, requirement workshops, and process mapping for discrete manufacturing environments.
Should possess strong
functional depth
in manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and shop-floor operations.
Needs the ability to design scalable solutions and ensure alignment with the organizations
manufacturing architecture and guiding principles
.
Must have experience integrating Manufacturing with
SCM, Finance, and external systems
.
Good understanding of
EBS architecture and data model
with the ability to troubleshoot using SQL (techno-functional, not deep technical coding).
Should be capable of driving
process improvements
, providing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in
large-scale EBS implementations
is highly preferred.
