Co-ordinate with Marketing / Production / Purchase and Quality to achieve the target.
Meet delivery schedule of Customer.
Review shortage of material and work with Supply Chain, part inspection teams to mitigate material shortage risks.
Review the Production Progress on daily basis and manage the data for MIS reporting.
Plan equipment, and material requirements to meet production schedule.
Plan production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure monthly/Weekly/Daily Production plan to release and monitor actuals against it.
Ensure monthly/Weekly/Shipment plan to release and monitor actuals against it.
Ensure Daily kitting plan to stores.
Weekly and monthly reports to be submitted ontime.
Ensure QMS requirement for compliance.
Ensure zero line stoppage by feeding material to Assembly division.
Meeting production schedule and quality standards as laid down by the company.
Coordinate with QC and organize TPI.
To co-operate with internal/external auditors during audits.
To co-operate, interact with other departments in a positive manner to facilitate the achievement of the companys target.
Maintain Production planning sheet.
Responsible to Ensure on time delivery to customers.
To co-ordinate with Management representative for effective and speedy implementation and Improvement of QMS / QHSE system within his function.
To maintain QHSE records pertaining to his function.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: Follow proper waste management practices.
Conserve Resources: Use energy, water, and other resources efficiently.
Minimize Pollution: Report any potential environmental hazards or pollution incidents.
