Job Description

Team Leader Retail Sales (Only Females)

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of field executives across assigned territories.
Visit Himalaya stores located in hospitals to monitor sales activities.
Track and analyze store-level performance and team productivity.
Ensure proper merchandising, stock availability, and promotional execution.
Provide regular feedback and reports to management on sales trends and challenges.
Train and motivate team members to achieve monthly targets.
Build strong relationships with store managers and hospital staff.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in FMCG or healthcare products.
Must own a
bike
and possess a
valid driving license
.
Comfortable with extensive
field work
and travel (15 days/month).
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Familiarity with hospital-based retail environments is a plus.
