Roles & Responsibility:

  • Should have experience into US Healthcare Chat operations or any other customer centric domain.
  • Helping agents to resolve queries regarding transport.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs such as AHT, Quality, CSAT, and TAT.
  • Lead a team of chat associates supporting US healthcare clients (payer or provider process).
  • Handle escalations and provide timely resolution in compliance with client expectations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance and present them to management.
  • Experience in Chat / Non-Voice process in a healthcare BPO or any operations.
  • People management and team handling experience (1020 FTE).
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational offs.
