Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NodeJS and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using NodeJS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge in NodeJS.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in NodeJS and its ecosystem.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Strong understanding of software development principles and patterns.
