Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of recruiters to achieve monthly targets for bulk hiring, volume hiring, and BFSI recruitment.
Develop and implement effective strategies to source top talent from various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate fitment with clients' requirements to ensure successful placements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions through effective recruitment practices.
