Experience

: Minimum 5 to 7 years in medical billing

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated
Team Lead
to oversee our day-to-day billing operations.
The successful candidate will supervise teams responsible for
charge entry
,
payment posting
,
credit balance management
, and
claim edits
.
You will provide leadership, coaching, training, and quality assurance to maximize team performance, as well as handle performance evaluations, feedback, and escalation.
Strong knowledge of medical billing processes: charge entry, payment posting, credit balances, claim denials
Familiarity with billing / RCM software / tools (EHR, billing systems, remittance systems)
Excellent analytical skills ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
Leadership & people management skills coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution
Allocate daily tasks, set priorities, and ensure workload is balanced
