Job Description

As a Team Leader for US & Canada Client Relations in the Diamond Jewelry Industry, you will oversee a team of Relationship Managers dedicated to maintaining and enhancing client relationships in the US and Canada. Your primary responsibilities include managing high-net-worth clients, supervising order processes, driving sales, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. Your strategic direction will be crucial in fostering smooth client communication, proactive engagement, and upselling strategies to promote business growth. Your key responsibilities will revolve around team leadership and development, client relationship management, order coordination, sales strategies, reporting and analytics, and quality control to drive customer satisfaction. You will be required to lead, mentor, and set performance goals for your team, oversee client interactions, manage order processes, collaborate with the business development team, generate reports, and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 2-5 years of leadership or managerial experience in industries such as luxury goods, jewelry, e-commerce, banking, fashion, or BPO. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems, strong problem-solving skills, exceptional English communication abilities, and the capability to analyze sales data for strategic decision-making are essential qualifications. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Surat, Gujarat, with working hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM for the night shift.
