Lead both technical and product aspects of the Interiokeys platform. This hybrid role combines engineering leadership with product management, making architectural decisions, defining product strategy, and ensuring successful delivery while maintaining code quality and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

Define and maintain technical architecture across all platforms

Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions

Mentor and guide junior/mid-level engineers

Make technology stack decisions and establish coding standards

Ensure scalability, security, and performance across the platform

Manage technical debt and refactoring initiatives

Coordinate between frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps teams

Product Management:

Define and maintain product roadmap and vision

Gather and prioritize product requirements

Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Work with stakeholders to understand business needs

Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and technical feasibility

Analyze user feedback and product metrics

Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives

Balance technical excellence with business objectives

Required Skills

Technical:

Strong expertise in Django and React ecosystems

Experience with microservices architecture

Deep understanding of database design (PostgreSQL)

Knowledge of distributed systems (Celery, Redis)

Experience with Elasticsearch integration

Strong understanding of mobile app architecture

Experience with Docker and containerization

Product & Leadership:●

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong product sense and user empathy

Data-driven decision making abilities

Stakeholder management skills

Ability to balance technical and business priorities

Experience with product management tools (Jira, Linear)

Nice to Have

Experience in architecture/design industry platforms

Knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Background in building marketplace/B2B platforms

MBA or product management certification

Experience with analytics and A/B testing tools
