Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated
and experienced Team Lead - Telesales to
manage our sales team and drive revenue growth. This person will be responsiblefor training, performance monitoring, and achieving monthly targets whileensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of

inside sales executives, providing coaching and support to improve
performance.

• Set daily, weekly, and

monthly goals for the team; track KPIs and ensure targets are met.

• Handle escalations,

high-value leads, and major client conversations.

• Collaborate with marketing

to ensure lead quality and campaign alignment.

• Create scripts, talk

tracks, and objection-handling guidelines for the team.

• Monitor call quality and

provide constructive feedback.

• Prepare sales reports and

present insights to management regularly.

• Drive product knowledge

across the team to effectively pitch skincare and wellness solutions.

• Recruit and train new team

members as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in

Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in

Telesales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.

• Strong communication and

leadership skills.

• Experience in the beauty,

skincare, or wellness industry is preferred.

• Ability to work in a

target-driven environment.

• Proficient with CRM tools

and sales reporting systems.
