Job Title: Team Lead – Inside Sales (EdTech) Location: Kochi (Onsite) Experience: 3+ years in Inside Sales with at least 1 year in a team handling role Working Days: 6 days a week Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM Language Requirement: Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory) Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to head our sales team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in EdTech or Inside Sales and proven experience in leading and mentoring a team. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Drive daily sales activities, monitor performance, and provide coaching where needed. Develop sales strategies and ensure their effective execution by the team. Assist team members with difficult client interactions and close high-value deals. Conduct regular reviews, share feedback, and implement performance improvement plans. Track sales metrics, maintain accurate reports, and ensure CRM hygiene. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with marketing and senior management to align on growth plans and campaigns. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role. Prior experience in EdTech sales is preferred. Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
