We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This is a critical role where you will directly impact team performance, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of our contact center operations. Your Core Responsibilities

1. Team Performance Management:Monitor, evaluate, and manage the daily performance of your team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like AHT, CSAT, and quality scores are consistently met or exceeded.

2. Coaching and Development: Provide one-on-one coaching, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

3. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily floor management, handle escalated customer issues, and ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

4. Reporting: Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying trends and recommending strategic improvements to management.

5. Motivation & Engagement: Drive team morale, foster a positive work environment, and ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention.

Required Experience

1. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Team Leader in a Contact Center, BPO, or Customer Service environment is mandatory.

2. Strong understanding of Contact Center metrics and KPIs (AHT, CSAT, Quality, Shrinkage, etc.).

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

4. Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve targets.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
